find yourself again.
Exploring in therapy reveals the stories we tell ourselves about our place in the world.
We can then take action to break the patterns that don’t serve us, and begin to write new endings for our stories.
I’m Stuart, and I’m a Psychotherapist in Advanced Clinical Training, based in Manchester. My practice is online for now, and I will be offering therapy in-person soon.
I hold a Level 7 Postgraduate Diploma in Integrative Transactional Analysis from the Manchester Institute for Psychotherapy. I am in regular clinical supervision and personal therapy to ensure ethical practice.
I have 5+ years’ experience in the charity sector, offering emotional support via telephone during my psychotherapy training.
I am a member of the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and the International Transactional Analysis Association (ITAA), and I am working towards UKCP accreditation. You can find me on the UKCP Trainee Directory.
My practice is for anyone who is feeling disconnected and looking for their way back. As a queer practitioner, I have a particular interest in working with the LGBT+ community in Greater Manchester and across the UK.
